Inside Marketing & Sales Representative
The overall goal of the sales and marketing team is to develop new business and to maintain existing customer relationships. A sales team is typically comprised of the following team members: Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering. The Inside Marketing & Sales Representative (IMSR) is responsible for directly supporting Critical Design’s Outside Sales Representative(s) and to balance it with marketing efforts to generate prospects for sales. This role will require prospecting within an assigned territory/vertical to uncover net new opportunities. The IMSR will identify, develop and close opportunities with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts on a quarterly basis and track customer data. In addition, the IMSR will also work cooperatively leveraging various partnerships to improve the velocity of business and to create solutions that best serve the interests of the customers for Critical Design.
